Cycle counts planned, checked and explained

Plans cycle counts by velocity and value, compares each count to the WMS, investigates every variance, and posts the adjustment with a reason.

How it works
The reality

Counts get done, variances do not get solved.

Cycle counting is easy to schedule and hard to finish. Each variance means tracing receipts, picks, moves and returns. When the floor is busy, counts slip, adjustments get posted without a cause, and the client stops trusting the inventory.

A client's quarterly audit is next week and bin C-14-03 shows 48 cases in the WMS. The counter finds 36, posts the adjustment with no reason, and nobody can explain it to the client.

How it works

Cycle count desk, step by step.

The agent does the work inside your systems. Your team approves what matters.

  1. 1

    Plan the counts

Schedules counts by zone, velocity and value so every SKU is counted on its cycle.

  2. 2

    Compare to WMS

Checks each count against system quantity and flags variances by units and dollar value.

  3. 3

    Investigate and post

Traces receipts, picks and moves to find the cause, then posts the adjustment with a reason.

What changes

Your team keeps the judgment calls.

The agent takes the repetitive work. People approve, decide and talk to customers.

  • Every adjustment has a reason a client can read
  • High-value SKUs counted on their cycle
  • Leads spend time on causes, not recounts

Questions we get

Before you ask.

Plans cycle counts by velocity and value, compares each count to the WMS, investigates every variance, and posts the adjustment with a reason. It works in three steps: plan the counts, compare to WMS and investigate and post.

It works inside the tools your team already uses, including WMS, handheld scanners, client portal and email. Nothing to rip out and nothing new to learn.

It starts in shadow mode, drafting the work for your team to approve or correct. You decide what it handles on its own, and every action is logged.

Your data is used only to run the workflows you approve. We do not use your proprietary data to train public or unrelated AI models.
