The website and services at torquemode.com are provided by Torque Mode, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). SMS Program Terms
Program name: Torque AI Support
If you opt in, Torque may send SMS messages related to Torque AI Support, including AI diagnostic support, vehicle service alerts, appointment reminders, and account notifications.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies by user and account activity; you may typically receive approximately 5–30 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Support: For help with the Services or this SMS program, contact help@torquemode.com.
Opt-out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we may send you a one-time message confirming your opt-out.

General
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree not to misuse the Services or interfere with their operation. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
